TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALES AND DELIVERIES

1/ ORDERS: 

To place an order you must have the legal capacity, to be older than 18 years old, or to have the parental authorization and being fully authorized to pay for your order.

It is mandatory, you provide the complete address of delivery  (PO boxes and Hotels are not accepted),  your email address and a phone number in order to fulfill the delivery documents required by the shipment companies. 

 

When for some countries, shipment companies are also requiring ID numbers, we will ask by mail to provide us your Id for this purpose and will take care of the information as described in our privacy policy.

Once your order is placed you will receive a first mail of payment confirmation. and a second mail of shipment confirmation with your tracking number and eventually the link to download the pdf of instructions if you have purchased the Goddess Codex.

You must check that all the details on this confirmation email are correct, and you should contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.

If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why. We reserve the right to refuse or to cancel orders and to refund you the payment:

- if a delivery address or correct phone is not referenced, deliveries to hotels and PO boxes
- if we have any doubts about the legitimacy of the order

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email.
If you have any queries relating to our terms and conditions, please contact us before placing an order.

 

You can cancel the order before shipment if you send us a mail with the object Cancellation request within 24hours to info@unnabyannalucas.com, after this delay we cannot guarantee to be being able to stop a shipment and to refund you.

The product made to order cannot be canceled once the production had been started.

2/DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

 

 

All the items are delivered in a fabric pouch and wrapped in a way to protect the jewel from humidity and chocks and sent in a discretional package.

Shipments  are organized within 2/3 working days after placing the order and receiving the payment, with the condition that all the delivery information is complete.

For the items Made to Order, the shipment will be done according the lead times communicated in the description of the product.

In case of changes in the lead time due to Holidays or special events, you will be informed by mail.

Shipping conditions are DAP from  Indonesia according Incoterms ICC 2020,  that means that transport is included until final destination,  excluding the eventual import and custom fees that the final country of destination may apply.
For international duty rates please contact your local customs department.

 

The usual delivery times for Europe and USA is between 7/10 days.

We are not responsable for delayed incurred by custom controls or authorities changes of import policies.

If you decide to refuse any shipments because of custom, duties, taxes or any other fee or restrictions imposed by the country of destination, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us.

We check all merchandise for defects prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects or damage. You have 48 hours to notify any damage at the arrival. After this timeframe, it will not be possible to claim to the shipment company about transport damage. 


3/ RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we can  offer a  refund or exchange if  you send it back to us within 10 days with transport back at your cost, with the following conditions, or exceptions:

 

  • Made to Order items and earrings cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are faulty.

  • All returned products must be unworn and undamaged with their original packaging.

  • Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. 

  • Please note that we cannot refund delivery costs or any international tax or duties paid.

  
To organise a return please email info@unnabyannalucas.com  indicating your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. 


The product is under your responsibility until it reaches us,  therefore we cannot be responsable for any items lost or stolen in transit.
